I’m a holistic therapist dedicated to support your mind, body, and soul.

Using different techniques like Emotion Code, Primitive Reflexes Integration, Reiki, Energy Medicine & Embodiment practices, I help you release emotional blocks, reduce stress and create mind–body regulation.

My story...

It all started with my first panic attack when I was 25. There I was at a restaurant where walls seemed to close on me, the noise was getting louder and louder, my heart was pounding that I thought everyone could hear it, and it felt I couldn’t breathe anymore. Ended up in the emergency room. They said I had a panic attack, gave me Xanax, sent me home. I knew nothing. But I knew I didn’t want to take pills… just like that.

So, in the following years I searched, tested and adapted all techniques I could find. Sometimes, something worked. Other times... it didn’t. And when I was in the middle of a panic attack, a stressful time in my life, ideas didn’t come easy and my mind was empty of solutions – I knew so many things, yet couldn’t remember a thing! Meditation seemed punishment because my body was buzzing, my brain was running everywhere at the same time; the thought of staying still and empty my mind was a bad joke. I was lost... I searched so long for the key to it all, like an ingredient that will magically change everything.

Reality? The one key to it all - it doesn’t exist. Not for me, anyway, and this is what I’ve learned in the past 5 years. I’ve trained in different techniques just so I can understand myself better and what my body, my mind and my soul needed. So I learned that there were more ingredients, equally important, that had to come together and create the puzzle I needed.

We are mind, body and soul and they need to co-exist, to support each other. You cannot feed just one, and hope the others do great. You cannot starve your mind, ignore it, abuse it, and think your body will do just fine. You cannot isolate your soul, disconnect from life, from nature, and hope you feel whole... And your body? It ends up screaming at you.

What I gained? Respect for my being and for how these three voices (mind, body and soul) speak their needs and how they guided me all this time.

So many times, we lose this connection with ourselves and slowly we overlap other people’s ideas and voices over ours. It gets noisy.

How does that work for you?

Our day-to-day life is not so simple and linear - from stress, panic attacks, phobias, car sickness, balance issues, to school stress, separation anxiety, to eye-hand coordination, issues sleeping, overwhelming emotions, trans-generational traumas… and so many other issues… it gets a bit too much. We are used to carry all of it, but we are not educated to process it.

So, if you feel exhausted, stressed, like everything is too much or too little, your soul is empty, your mind is too full, your body overwhelmed... there is hope, there are solutions.

The beauty of all this, is that you will learn to find your way and build your life, piece by piece, by your design, with the tools that I can provide. There’s nothing wrong with you. You just need to clean out old stuck emotions, beliefs and traumas, and give yourself a new ‘’program‘’ that your system can use.
